What You Need to Know About Your Nissan Key Fob

Smart Keys Keys
The key fob included with the Nissan is a key part of its incredibly advanced keyless entry system. It connects to the vehicle's electronic system to open doors or start the engine and comes with a handy design that is simple to keep in your wallet. Nissan Intelligent Key Fobs permit you to unlock the doors of your car and start the engine at one touch. It also allows you to activate presets to suit your preferences. Intelligent Key Fob have a built-in antenna which transmits the signal when you enter your vehicle or press one of its buttons. When the vehicle receives this signal that the system has been activated, it will start, unlocking and locking doors, starting the engine, and opening the trunk. If you'd like to test out the fob, stand a distance away from your vehicle and click the buttons. This feature is only available on vehicles that have the Smart Key system or through the personalization menu of the vehicle.

Lock-out tag-out (LOTO) systems help prevent these accidents by making sure that machines are off until a person authorized releases them.
The LOTO system is comprised of a set of locks tags, locks, and other equipment that are used to isolate, secure or block the device from electrical power. All "affected" and "authorized" personnel are required to be trained in the use of these lockout/tag-out devices. These devices include but not only chains, locks padslocks, wedges adapter pins and self-locking fasteners.
