With a cast that consists of mostly unknown actors and some amazing practical effects & stop motion animation, Mosquito is one of the most enjoyable films of this period of low-budget sci-fi. It also has an acceptable pace thanks to co-writer / director Gary Jones. There are also some hilarious comedy and some excellent acting from the cast that is not known.
