Almost any industry where there are employees working alone or in isolated situations can benefit from a man down system. These systems can be a life saver for any worker in the event that they suffer a fall, and can also alert those in need of help if a lone worker becomes unconscious.

There are many different ways a lone worker could become unresponsive. It can be as simple as slipping or falling, or it can be as serious as having an accident that results in a head injury.

Another option is to use a smart device or mobile app that can detect falls and impacts in a variety of different ways, allowing an emergency response to be made quickly and safely. These devices can also send an SOS phone call to preset numbers.
